By browsing or buying from Indo Outfit Diary you agree to the terms below. They're written in plain language; we're happy to clarify anything — drop us a note.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Until our payment gateway goes live, every order placed on the site is an "inquiry". We confirm availability and price with you before collecting payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or if we suspect fraud. You'll be refunded in full within 7 business days.

Product accuracy

We try our best to represent colours and textures accurately, but screens vary. Slight variation between the image and the actual piece is part of handcrafted clothing — not a defect.

Intellectual property

All photography, copy, and brand assets on this site are owned by Indo Outfit Diary. Please ask before reproducing anything beyond personal use.

Limitation of liability

We're responsible for the pieces we sell and the service we provide, but not for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., missed-event claims due to shipping delays). Our maximum liability for any order is capped at the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [city to be confirmed], India.

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
